Ambassadors and\u00a0influencers are essential to a successful event. Each\u00a0<\/span>ambassador invites about ten guests to\u00a0<\/span>attend<\/span><\/i> the event. Influencers share our event posts, and make their own posts on social media, LinkedIn, and within their circles of influence to help promote our event, but they are not committing to inviting a specific number of people. One of the many benefits to having a virtual event is we have unlimited space, so invite away!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We <\/span><\/i>highly encourage<\/i>\u00a0guests to attend the live event<\/strong>,\u00a0but we understand that sometimes things happen. No worries! We’ll link the virtual fundraiser video on our\u00a0event page for easy viewing following the live event.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Am I asking for money from my friends or family? <\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n

No. YOU are not asking for donations. You should make guests aware that the<\/span><\/i> purposes of this event<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0are to educate\u00a0individuals about Second Story and to raise funds needed to continue our programming. As part of the virtual fundraiser, Second Story will explain the need and invite viewers to make a\u00a0donation. *A donation is not required to attend.<\/i><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
