Responsibilities for every shift:
- Remain awake the entire shift
- Assist overnight counselor in supervising the residents if needed during emergency situations or as needed during non-peak data needs.
Residential Assistance – 0% to 30% based on data entry needs
- Assist overnight counselor as needed with completing tasks on overnight checklists.
- Maintain accurate client records as needed.
- Light maintenance of shelter.
- Organize donations.
Data Entry – 100% during peak needs times to 30% during non-peak times
- Data entry as requested from Data Analyst/IT Support Coordinator
Meetings and Other Duties as Assigned – 10% as needed
- Attend supervision meetings provided by Program Manager/ Data Analyst/IT Support Coordinator.
- Participate in training sessions.
$15/hr
Other duties as required.

SSTC Program Manager and Data Analyst/IT Support Coordinator
Time Required:
11pm – 8am 18-27 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented and able to follow directions
- 2 years’ experience with data entry preferred
- Ability to work with SSTC staff and adolescents
- Ability to work with software systems, specific training provided
- CPR and First Aid Certification and Crisis Prevention training (training provided)
- Background investigation required prior to employment
