Second Story for Teens in Crisis is an adolescent group home located in Vienna, VA. We are seeking individuals to fulfill multiple openings for part-time, overnight data entry positions. These positions are responsible for completing a variety of data entry tasks and related projects, as well as assisting the overnight counselor with general residential duties when necessary. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. They should also be organized, reliable, and self-motivated with excellent written communication skills and strong time management.
Responsibilities:
- Complete data entry tasks and related projects, such as processing in-kind donation paperwork and logging monetary donations in Salesforce
- Assist the overnight counselor with general residential duties on an as-needed basis, such as answering the phone and conducting bedchecks
- Maintain a safe, secure living environment for residents and staff
Schedule:
Shifts are from 11pm-8am (non-negotiable) one, two, or three nights per week. Candidates may request to work specific days but must work the same days each week. Currently, available days include Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- REQUIRED: Must be willing to undergo a background investigation prior to employment and become certified in CPR/First Aid
- PREFERRED: Experience with Apricot Social Solutions and Salesforce software
- PREFERRED: Spanish language fluency
Compensation:
This position is paid hourly at $18.00 per hour.
